We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, but we will help with damaged or defective products, or if the wrong item was delivered.
We only offer refunds or replacements for faulty products if the wrong product was delivered. Faulty or damaged products must be returned within seven days of dispatch.
We allow returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products within five days of delivery. Returns are not accepted if the original packaging is damaged or missing, or if the product was damaged due to misuse.
